Big Fish Games interview questions

First interview is a casual interview with the Director where they ask you questions to determine if you have a Product Development mindset. If you pass, you are given an exercise to pitch a feature or improvement for a product. Second round involves presenting your pitch to the Senior PM and a couple of Engineers Third round is a direct interview with the Senior PM followed by a direct interview with the Director again.

Your typical 3 round interview. I thought I did pretty well after my second round but I never heard anything back. I find it disappointing and unprofessional. No point of shooting if you’re going to host your candidates.
