I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg
Interview
The interview process took around 1 month. I got a reply soon after the application. There was a phone interview, questions are about behavioral ones like why do you think you fit this position, tell me about your leadership experience. After the phone interview is passed, there is a 2 to 1 interview which you have to talk with one leader from sales team and one from analytics team. They will grill you one whether you really like this position and the reasons behind.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY) in Aug 2014
Interview
I applied online through my university job board. After a phone interview and personality test, I was invited to a final interview in New York. I first had a 45-minute interview with two managers, who asked me questions I had prepared for using reviews on Glassdoor. I was ready for every single question and had no problems. Although the main interviewer was poker-faced, it went well. Then I went on a tour of the building with another candidate. Last, I shadowed someone in Equity and Commodities. The interview went very well but I wasn't offered a position.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Washington, DC) in Dec 2013
Interview
I had an initial phone interview that was very quick, it lasted maybe 10 minutes. They flew us all in, about 50 of us, to DC. We had a tour of the DC office and then had an hour interview scheduled for an hour. I interviewed with 2 managers, 1 one for sales and 1 for analytic. They were very nice and did not ask any trick questions.
