Interview
Three or four rounds of interviews with different Senior Associates looking to fill open billets in different parts of the firm. It was basically the same general (easy) questions asked over and over again. Each one just wanted to make sure you have a pulse and a clearance

I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) in Feb 2009
Interview
Interviewed with three individuals from the team. I spent a half hour with each and answered questions about my background. They had come to the interview with a copy of my resume and asked questions--some appeared to have read the content before meeting me and others did not. Each asked a variety of experiential and behavioral questions.
