I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton in Jan 2009
Interview
This was a experienced hire interview and was done by 1 day of round robin interviews with Senior Associates and Principals. This was followed by 2 interviews with Partners. Advice is to be yourself-Booz is focused on teamwork....if you are friendly, warm and knowledgeable, then things ought to go well. My hiccup was in the HR process and getting them to move the offer out during a period in which Booz in hiring (and everyone is firing) was tough, but in the end it went well.

Question 1
The interview was conversational about my experience...nothing was terribly tough.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton in May 2008
Interview
I initially heard from the company via email. I initially declined until there were openings in a particular portion of the firm. One month later, I was contacted regarding that portion. I was screened by a recruiter from within the company, then agreed upon a date for an in person interview. The in person interview went very smoothly. I met the recruiter in person, then went to a room for a series of interviews, each asking about a different portion of my resume, and what type of position I was looking for. At the end of the interview, the recruiter came back in and went over HR, and began the salary phase. I found all representatives of the company to be bright, cordial, and interested in sharing their opinion (good and bad) of the company and culture with me.
