I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton
Interview
It was pretty conversational and only lasted for 25 minutes. It was all behavioral based though there were not a lot of those type of question. Most of the questions were based on just one experience I had. It wasn't a very holistic approach since ia 25 minute evaluation is what is at stake for a hire or no hire recommendation.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Washington, DC) in Oct 2009
Interview
My hiring process was somewhat unique and lackadaisical. I got a strong recommendation from a manager that was already working there and had a resume well suited for the position. I had an interview with recruiting, the project team, and the hiring manager (all over the phone) and was offered the position. I never had an in-person interview wish I though was strange.

Question 1
They asked me questions centric to my working experience. Nothing really out of the ordinary.
