I applied online. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview process was less technical than others in the sense that the interviewers cared to know more about how you would approach a problem than to see you write the actual code. They also asked more in-depth questions about my resume and the technologies used in the roles/projects listed. The downside was the recruiter's lack of communication. They were responsive before the interview but once I followed up after the interview, they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know the hiring team's decision. The security clearance portion also went in-depth about your life history including questions about credit, drug usage, tickets, etc.

Question 1
What is object-oriented programming? What are the principles of object-oriented programming? What is the difference between a class and an object?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton in Aug 2022
Interview
Applied online, got a request from their internal recruiters for a phone screen. Was pretty clear that the job I applied to wasn't a great fit, but they still railroaded me into a Microsoft Teams interview with the person who would be the boss of the person eventually hired, where it became even CLEARER I wasn't a fit. Honestly felt like their recruiters were just trying to hit interview quotas and not actually paying attention to the applications to see if they were good fits for the role.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton
Interview
I spoke with a member of the recruiting team, who confirmed my work experience and agreed I was qualified for the more senior of the available roles. The call was very relaxed.
