Interview
I was contacted by a Booz Allen Hamilton recruiter who said he was impressed by my resume and would like to schedule a phone interview. My interview day arrives and I am waiting by the phone, but no phone call. He admits he forgot and reschedules for the next week. The second interview day comes and he shows up 20 minutes late. We quickly go over my work history and my education. He rushed through the questions in 15 minutes and at the end assured me that he would be in contact about a second interview with hiring managers to discuss my background in depth.
I email him twice with no answer over the next several weeks. He finally responds apologizing saying that he had been out of office and needs to check with his team. I wait another two weeks still no response. I email him again asking about the status of my candidacy and he has the same response "I've been out of office, let me check with my team". That was the last time I heard from him and last time I bothered reaching out. It seemed like he never really knew what he was doing and his lack of communication was very unprofessional. The whole process took over 2 months with only one interview completed. Complete waste of time and effort for a company I really wanted.

Interview
Started with a quick 5-10 minute phone screen with a recruiter. They mainly just ask about your skills and experience. Got an email a couple days later inviting me for a 30 minute video interview with the team.
There were 4 people on the call but overall vibe was pretty relaxed. I first talked about myself and prior internships, then they asked some more technical questions but they were pretty straightforward and simple. No live coding but instead just asked to come up with a solution/algorithm to solve a certain problem. Just know the basics of the main programming language(s) on the job listing.
Received an email from the recruiter about a week later with an offer.
Behavioral style of interview, be prepared to reference a particular problem solved, as well as being comfortable in a group setting as they like to introduce you to your competitors within the interview
