I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Washington, DC) in Mar 2021
Interview
Three interviews including a panel interview with the team for the final round. All members were very friendly however were very dishonest. In the interview I was given what I would consider to be a verbal offer. The hiring manager asked if I would be available in the next two weeks to start, then, after I confirmed my availability I was told I would hear from HR about a formal offer in the next week. Instead I was told by HR that they did not have a project for me at this time with no way to circle back to the hiring manager or get feedback of any kind. Very off putting interview process.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton
Interview
It's similar to most interview processes however I was referral so my first interview with the Hiring Manager v a Recruiter. I then met with future teammates, a leader I would work with and the Hiring Manager's manager.
I applied online. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2021
Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial phone screen, followed by a 45min interview with 3 employees describing the role and asking specific questions to the job. The interview went very well and they noted that they would make a decision within 48 hours and I could expect to hear back by then. If I didn’t, they invited me to reach out personally.
48 hours passed and I had no response or feedback - so I sent a follow up email. To this I got a response saying it would be about 1-2 more days and things looked good!
From there communication went dead and they never confirmed more rejected me for the role. I emailed asking for feedback at least and was met with no response to this either.
