I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Washington, DC) in Mar 2021
Interview
Interviewed with the recruiter and made it to the final round with 3 panelists. The interview went great on both sides - totally felt like a conversation and everyone was super nice! It really made me feel like I could truly be a part of the team/firm.
I followed up with the recruiter and recruiting coordinator twice after waiting an appropriate amount of time in between each correspondence and never received a response.
Checked my online account and saw the position got updated to “not selected”. I understand it happens, but it would’ve been courteous to have told me directly via phone or email. It made me feel like I couldn’t even ask to be considered for another position instead.
I applied online. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
Recruiter called for phone screen. Collected basic information. Scheduled two hour panel interview with team, discussing general experience and light behavioral questions. The team seemed to be mostly interested in career aspirations as opposed to pure technical skill.

Question 1
Describe a time when your work was criticized by upper-management. How did you handle the feedback?
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Boston, MA) in Feb 2021
Interview
Went to an online career fair for my college campus. I spoke with a current employee about their time at Booz Allen and he informed me of how the interview process will go. I was later invited to a virtual University Tech Talk. Following that I had two phone screenings with recruiters about my potential fit for some positions, and I heard back for an interview about a week later. The interview itself was one round with a hiring team and it felt just like a casual conversation.
