Booz Allen Hamilton interview questions

One of my professors wrote me a glowing recommendation, and I think that made all the difference. Literally 30 minutes after my professor emailed it, I got an email requesting to set up a phone interview. The interview was very conversational, and focused mostly on the details of the internship. It did not include any behavioral questions or anything that I had prepared for, and was very laid back. An hour afterwards, I got a call back offering me the position.

The interview process consisted of a phone interview followed by a face to face interview. The phone interview was pretty general and only took about 30 minutes. The face to face interview was more specific to the job I was interviewing for. I interviewed with three different managers and it took approximately two hours.
