Question 1
Didn't have any business case-related questions. Just behavior questions and what one was seeking in transitioning to Booz Allen.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton in Jun 2010
Interview
I was highly disappointed by the interview process. I was referred by someone who works at Booz Allen, and was informed that Booz Allen does not conduct case interviews. They conduct the interviews by sitting you in a room for half an hour with three people coming in consecutively for a 10-minute interview round. In the process of having a 360 degree interview process, the last interview was with a junior employee who decided to flex his muscles and ask the most ridiculous questions entirely unrelated to the interview and gave case questions, when case questions were not supposed to be asked. It was offensive and unprofessional, and I would never want to work there after that experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Washington, DC) in May 2010
Interview
Multiple interviews. Didn't like the senior boss. Events proved me right. Immediate supervisor was a nice competent man. But essentially the key determinant of whether or not I was hired was the "customer" i.e. Fed Govt. And, that was an interesting interview. Good cop/bad cop.

Question 1
Don't remember. Five yrs ago. It was all very ad hoc. I came away thinking I didn't have the job. Since the customer determines whether or not a person would work for them.
