Booz Allen Hamilton interview questions

Was contacted by a recruiter for a position for which I was a great fit and in which I had great interest. Proceeded with the interview process with the round-robin method that Booz uses. While the pressure was low and it was a good opportunity to get to know current employees, I do not feel my resume and skills were assessed as fairly as in other interview forums. Each of the 3 interviewers (3 x one on one 30 minute interviews) asked the same questions over and over, and while I tried to highlight different skills in each of my answers, I was told, "It's ok if you give us the same answer." Seemed redundant, and a check in the box for the interviewers who are required to do these round robin interviews in order to advance in their own careers.

Hiring and Interview process varies from location and from manager. Main purpose of interview is to find out if you are a "good fit" for the company. In my opinion, year of experience and performance is not taken into account.
