Referred by an employee. I have applied with BAH before, but never called for an interview. As mentioned before, I believe you need an employee referral to get an interview with this company. Initial phone interview with a recruiter, who was insisted on salary requirement. Another recruiter called with interview information and also emailed me company information. In person interview 3 days later with 4-person panel. Asked common interview questions/nothing out of the ordinary. Very personable group of professionals. Now waiting for outcome. Overall pleasant experience.

Interview
Resume was forwarded to recruiter on Monday- got a call the next day to come in for a hiring event on Wednesday. Waiting to hear back. My interviews went very well and two of the interviews, my friends had already put in a word for me. Fingers crossed for an offer!

Interview
Their HR department is horrible. First off, they accidentally cc'ed me on an email making fun of my name and/or request to reschedule the on-site interview (since they had given me notice to fly out about three days prior, I thought this was justified). They apologized to me after I emailed them about this. Then, at the interview they were missing the third person, and so could not make a decision without the three interviewers present. Additionally, I said I was interested in a certain area, and they put me in an interview for areas that were in no way related. I have heard similar stories of bad HR about Booz from other people as well. Hopefully they will fix this before their HR turns off all good candidates. I was not interested in the company after this interview experience and did not bother to follow up.
