I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (San Antonio, TX) in Jun 2010
Interview
I passed my resume around to friends of mine working for various contractors. Eventually, a Booz Allen Hamilton recruiter emailed me asking for a time to meet. I suggested a date and location, however, she told me the first "conversation" would be a phone conversation and formal interviews would follow. The phone interview was basically gather background information on me and asked what I was looking for in a career with BAH.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton in Aug 2009
Interview
I was very nervous prior to my interview with Booz, but it ended up turning out more laid back than I thought it would. I was very comfortable with the people who interviewed me. The interview was more like a fluid conversation between me and the hiring managers. The interview was less about asking trick questions, and more about assessing the personality of the candidate and his/her potential fit with the firm. Overall, I would give the interview an A.
