The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Charleston, SC) in May 2009
Interview
I thought the interview was more about can you fit into the Booz team. The job I applied for expressed teamwork in workplace. They ask questions about my capabilities, leadership, and personality. I knew I had the capabilities for the job with my military background, so I focused more on the personality piece. It paid off.

Question 1
I was well prepared so no questions caught me off guard, however they really wanted to know my leadership and followship skills.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) in May 2009
Interview
The process was pretty painless - especially for a company as large as Booz. I got a call from a recruiter and had a conversation of about 45 minutes. Just the initial screening stuff to make sure I was interested and met the basic criteria. I then had to take a writing test (1 hour limit) and fill out the Booz Application online. Had an in-person interview about a week later at Booz in McLean. This was a long (a little over 3 hours) but enjoyable experience. They call it the "speed dating" model of interviewing. They bring in a group of candidates and put you at different tables in the same large room. You interview with 3 different people for about 30 minutes each. Each person is focused on a different subject (leadership, skill set, etc.). After the interviews are over, there is a 30 minute (about) social with the interviewers you didn't get to talk to and the other candidates. Booz tells you that you will get a decision a week later - mine took a couple of days longer.

Interview
Initial communication via email referral by respected employee of BAH client. Very professional/helpful - even offered to help me obtain a job with one of their clients by referring me to them. I felt this was genuinely both in the best interest of their company and their client.
