Comfortable and engaging conversation. I had plenty of time to ask questions and each interviewer provided me with different perspectives that truly showcase the work experience and company culture. They started the interview reviewing the project and the company and phrased it all in a way towards the interview. For example, saying "If you are interested in this project..." making the interview feel more personal.

A recruiter arranged a panel interview. It was decided I would proceed to the next panel interview. Both were via video. All interviewers asked questions and at the end I was allowed opportunity to ask my own questions.
