Boston Consulting Group Associate interview questions

Two rounds of interviews. In each round, two interviews. First 15 mins is general fit questions, and other 45 mins is a case study. Cases followed the usual pattern of thinking of areas to investigate, looking at data and then analysing numbers.

Process took quite long from initial contact to interview. From that point good guidance and availability for questions. Two rounds. First being two 'standard' case interviews. Second is 4-part interview spread over two days. Two partner case interviews, a written case and personal fit case. Written case considered quite hard and need to make many assumptions.
