Just a bunch of nonsense. Cracked the cases they asked me to deal with, but didn't put my application forward. Interview consisted of two rounds with two principals, each of them was about cracking a case.

A Spanish airline wants to keep their Barcelona to Madrid route open despite the high speed train route has eroded market share and profitability. How could they keep it attractive for customers?
The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
Muy estándar, en total 2 rondas con 2 entrevistas cada una. La primera ronda suele ser más fácil, pero la última con los partners sí te hacen mucho stress test y challenge.
