Interview
2 Gespräche (je ein 20 min. Case) sowie ein Online-Test. Angenehme Atmosphäre. In dem Gespräche wurde sehr intensiv auf den Lebenslauf und die Motivation eingegangen. In beiden Gesprächen ist der Case dadurch kürzer ausgefallen als geplant. Der erste Case war ein abstrakter Preisfindungscase, während siche der zweite Case mit der Erweiterung der Produktpallete eines Unternehmens befasst hat. In letzterem waren detailierte Kopfrechnungen gefordert.

Was medium difficulty has a lot of brainstorming and analytical elements
Required quick thinking structuring and deep analysis to really ace it easily
