I did not apply directly - HR sought me out on LinkedIn, and invited me to apply mid-interview process. HR Screen, HR Zoom Interview, 3 Zoom Interviews with team members Interviewers asked extremely repetitive questions between them all. Some questions seemed silly - ex. tell me your skill level in Excel - from a hiring manager, this seems like a waste of time you could be using to get to know the candidate. HR can ask things like that (and they did), yet I was asked this non-conversational question in all but one interview. It didn't seem like anyone was communicating with each other. Throughout the process, the role / who it would report to changed. Very disorganized scheduling process, took over 3 months, and at the end HR told me they were not sure they are even hiring for the role, and would get back to me (while spelling my name wrong in e-mail, among other typos), and telling me I am their "top candidate." HR did not get back to me, and silently rejected me through the job portal. The whole thing really made no sense. I am not disappointed that I was not selected.
