Traditional consulting interview. It felt more interviewer than interviewee lead, so the scheme I prepared was a bit off. the office was note necessarily hiring as no one from my class at a top business school got an offer, even with great feedback after the interviews. Another possible indication of this is that they used consultants to interview not project leaders or more senior roles.

Two back to back interviews. Each consisted of 15 minutes of behavioral questions and 30 minutes of a case study. One interviewer was more senior and asked harder hitting questions with a more challenging case. The other was more straight forward.

The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
