Initial screening interview from the HR hiring manager. Not behaviorial based. Followed by panel interview on site with the plant director and senior EHS manager. Again, largely qualifications and experience questions followed by a tour of the plant. Third informal lunch interview followed week later with a second senior EHS manager off site. Questions were inconsistent, personal and his answers terse, blunt and short. Boss type persona brandishing his power and authority with the job candidate. I was dismissed at the end of the interview. Received follow up email from HR hiring manager at end of process.
