Practical and friendly. Not too difficult. First-round with HR asking basic questions, second with hiring manager asking slightly more practical questions e.g. scenario A, what would you do? Overall straightforward and simple

Question 1
If a client had this issue, what would your next steps be?
You're expected to go through 4 rounds of interviews and the first 3 are pretty basic. However, the final round is a presentation where you need to pitch a marketing solution to a company that incorporates Braze's product.
This is a huge time synch and incredibly inconvenient if you have a full time job. The worst part about it is that they say you don't need to be a "product expert in Braze or have a background in marketing" but you 100% need it. Overall it was a waste of time and the recruiters will just send you a generic rejection letter unless you ask for specifics. If you don't have a background in marketing don't bother applying to this position.

Question 1
Name a time you improved a process at your current job?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Braze in Mar 2021
Interview
Overall, the process was fairly quick and the communication was great. My recruiter went on PTO for a few days and her OOO contact was extremely responsive and helpful! HR and the hiring manager both set proper expectations on next steps and when I could expect to hear back, and they always followed through. The process took about 2 weeks and included a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager, 45 minute panel interview with potential teammates, and a 45 minute presentation.
The presentation interview was difficult but well worth it! I received detailed instructions regarding expectations on the presentation. You learn a lot about the company when putting together the presentation and knowing that everyone else has gone through this process reassured me that the team is full of high performers who want to be here! There were no tricky questions. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly kind and offered up their information in case I had any questions throughout the process.
This was the best interview process I have ever gone through!
