CGI Software Developer interview questions

Straight forward interview stages, both Technical and soft skills. The technical screen was an interview with 2 Staff Engineers, they asked scenario questions and dived deeper into my experience based on the questions asked. I got an offer afterwards but had to decline due to the salary which was a little lower than market expectations.

The process really had two steps after meeting the recruiter. The first is a standard technical phone screen reviewing the resume and general fit for the role. Then a panel technical interview with senior/principal engineers.
