Interview
Very casual, just asked about my resume and experiences. Hiring manager was nice and easy to talk to, made you feel comfortable and calm. They want to make sure you have experience doing the different things they ask for in the role description.

Interview
I applied to CNN for several positions over the course of a year. I stopped after a while and heard back almost four months later. I went through my records, and I couldn't find anywhere that I applied for this specific position within the Image and Sound department. Anyway, I got a call from the supervisor and set up a video chat. She asked me a few basic questions and was giving me guidance for a video chat interview about a week later with her supervisor and one other person. When that came, her supervisor asked me a lot of rapid fire questions to try to get to know me. He made a specific point that he would definitively tell me within three weeks whether or not I got the job. I never heard back.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CNN (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview questions were pretty standard. I made it all the way until the last round but they decided to go with an internal candidate, which I hear typically happens. It's harder to get an interview without a connection though. Luckily I had a recruiter in my corner who took time to prep me for the interviews which was amazing!

Question 1
There weren't really any difficult questions, it was a pretty standard interview.
