Cengage Inside Sales Representative interview questions

Relatively long interview process with multiple steps. 1) Initial phone call screening candidate. 2) Hour phone interview 3) Interview project in which you have to interview 3 faculty members (3 days to complete). 4) Panel Interview and Product/Sales Demonstration of interviewee's choice 6) Computer Skills and Personality Test (Same day as Panel Interview)

A friend of mine was a successful inside salesperson there for years before I interviewed sot that was my inside track. Was interviewed by my prospective sales manager for twenty or thirty minutes then another sales manager from another group joined us for ten or twenty minutes. Questions were logical. Received a call a week or two later with job offer.
