Cengage interview questions

Only participated in the recruiter screening, but it was straightforward, and surprising only took 15 minutes of the 30 allotted. At the end she noted she would suggest I move forward, although I did not. However she was super courteous and called to inform me versus receiving a standard rejection emails.

First interview was a screening with their recruiter. After that I was scheduled for a second interview, but the hiring manager never showed up after waiting for 20 minutes on the call. Got an apology via email and was asked if I was interested in another UX role. After replying I never received an answer and I got an automatic rejection. Pretty poor way to handle a candidate after wasting their time. Salary range is extremely low as well.
