Cengage Director, User Experience interview questions

Human Resources setup interviews with the hiring manager and team managers. The interviews were very casual, very easy to speak with. Normal leadership questions that fit the level of the position. Hiring manager told me he liked me for the position, and asked me to hang tight while they lined up other interviews. Two weeks later, I emailed the hiring manager and no response. Two weeks after that, I emailed the human resources team and there was no response. Completely ghosted by the company.
