Initial Phone screen and then a 30 minute meeting with Hiring Manager, I think it went pretty well, I feel the manager was threatened that I might be over qualified for the position.

Very relaxed and thoughtful interview process. There are three rounds: Recruiter Call, Then a meeting to go over projects with the team lead, and then a final technical panel interview
