Cengage interview questions

Interviewed with Human Resources. The interview was informative. Cengage reached out to me and told me about the position and asked if I would be interested and also asked about salary requirements. Said that they were at the beginning of the selection process.

Over a month long. 4-5 stages. For a low paying sales job, the process was so lengthy. Most reps don't last more than a year and spend over 1/12th of that time interviewing. They actually have candidates go in the field (unsupervised) and perform basic duties of a field rep. I didn't even do this (faked it, you can google other people's "project") and still got the job.
