Cengage interview questions

Phone screen, 30 minute video interview with the role manager, a few subsequent 30 minute video interviews with others 1x1, a final in-person interview with 4 people in 1x1 30-min meetings, background check and request for references, and an offer. Very organized, prompt follow up between each step.

The application process was very easy and the HR team did a great job on keeping me updated and informed. The interview itself was with 3 members of the finance team and consisted of 1 on 1 interviews with each.
