Cengage interview questions

A very long process in which everyone seems to ask the exact same questions that make you wonder how productive the conversations are. I feel that an interview process is a reflection of how things are run inside the company.

Scheduled a phone interview with an HR rep which was cancelled 1 minute prior to the time is was suppose to start. Rescheduled and was called 10 minutes late. Felt like I was bothering this person, felt very uncomfortable the entire time on the phone and the rep wouldn't answer my questions in entirety. Rushed me through my answers - whole thing lasted 8 minutes long and were very vague and again, felt like I was a problem when asking for clarification.
