Cengage interview questions

Phone call, then single interview with direct manager. Ten minute phone call, half hour interview. Meeting with direct manager was of great importance to me, versus meeting with panel of managers in same department.

First there was a phone interview. Then there was an interview with a territory director, then an interview with a regional director, then you do a campus sales project and the final interview is with the VP of sales for one of the coasts(east,west,southeast). The whole process can take up to a month and a half. Cengage likes to hire slow and fire slow.
