Cengage interview questions

Found the position online and applied through the website. Had initial phone conversation with Director of Sales and was invited in for face to face interview with Director and two other team members. Phone interview consisted of several questions about my educational background and in-person interview was more focused on work experience.

A friend of mine was a successful inside salesperson there for years before I interviewed sot that was my inside track. Was interviewed by my prospective sales manager for twenty or thirty minutes then another sales manager from another group joined us for ten or twenty minutes. Questions were logical. Received a call a week or two later with job offer.
