The process started with a phone interview and was followed up by an in person interview with the sales manager. After that initial in person interview, I was assigned a on-campus project to interview staff and professors on what they look for in a product and to gain experience on campus. I had to write a report on my experience and discuss my experiences in my next interview with the district manager. The final interview was to create and present a product presentation. The overall process was very detailed and time consuming, but it shows that the company values who they hire and wants to find the right person for the position.
