Cengage interview questions

I got a face-to-face interview through a recruiter, and interviewed with an hr person as well as the manager of the position on two different occasions. The process took about 2 weeks. I heard back from them within 2 weeks and was offered the position. The interview was mostly going over my resume as well as a few behavioral questions.

Applied directly to website/was called within 7 days for a interview, location was very nice inside "waiting area" the receptionist two older lady's were very nice.. Although my interview was at 12 i waited till 1:30 for a lady to bring me in the back to do a skills test. I complete that easily and wait back in the front office for another 30 minutes for the interview for the it position finally calls me "doesn't apologize for my wait" He has me sit in a room and asks me several small it related questions pretaining to the job while another man sits typing everything I say. but never introduces himself. "very weird looking person" thats when he sais well do you have any questions thanks for coming in? I left confused this person didn't ask about any work history or my qualifications? Thanks for wasting my time Cengage technical support very poor un professional interview by unqualified manager.
