Cengage Product Development Researcher interview questions

I went through the four rounds of interview, and the last round was with the VP of research. Everything was fine until the end of the last round. I had an offer from another organization and needed to know the outcome soon, so I can make a decision. I emailed the recruiter three times at different times after the last round across 2 weeks, and never got a response. I happily accepter another offer, but I am mad at Cengage. I spent so much time interviewing with them and at least I deserve a response. The recruiter ghosted me completely. This made realize that this company is not what I thought was. I will never apply for the jobs at Cengage again.
