I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Boston, MA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Very pleasant. It started with an online application through their website and then a video submission of questions through a hiring software which was followed up by a skype interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Cleveland, OH) in Feb 2015
Interview
Recruiters were super nice and really sparked an interest. They made the job sound like a perfect fit! However, once I went to in person interview it went downhill. The interview was in the restaurant during lunch and they were very unprofessional. They wore jeans and shirts and were very young. Not that age matters but they did not act professional.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
I was asked to meet the recruiter at a coffee shop and waited for nearly an hour after the interview time.
He asked simple questions regarding my managerial style, what would my routine be and mostly personal questions regarding hobbies and life in general. The recruiter was very vague about the position they were hiring for. I am an experienced executive that has interviewed many candidates during my tenure and I had the impression he had written me off long before the interview started.
