I went up to him after he’d finished and asked if he was the manager I was suppose to have an interview with. After that he asked “Tell me about yourself and why you want to work at chipotle?” “If someone disagrees with you how would you handle it?” “Have you ever taught someone before, if so how did it go?” “What’s your availability” It was a pretty easy and casual interview.
