I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Orlando, FL) in May 2012
Interview
Got hired before my location first opened. Went to a hotel and was initially told to learn more about the company then come back the following day. Did so by going through the chiptole website and learning more about the company's values including food with integrity, high standards, and their ability to promote from within. Read up on Steve Ells and how he started chipotle, when and where. Also about Chipotle's goals to change the way people think about food. Was offered a job on the second interview

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle in Sep 2014
Interview
The hiring process was fairly easy. They are looking for a person with specific characteristics that will mesh well with the vision of chipotle. They are also looking for eager and well-rounded individuals who are ready to learn and grow. I first interviewed with one manager for another location and upon wanting to hire me, he decided that I would be a good fit for another location. I met with that manager and we got to know one another through fairly easy questions.
