Chipotle Crew Member/Cashier interview questions

Interview is typical, such as who where your previous employers, and why did you apply for the company. However the only thing that I disliked was the crew interviewing you and choosing wither you should get the job.

there is 3 interviews stages the first one just a normal one just to get to know you and see how you are if u have a good out going personality. if you pass the first one they will call you and let you know if u get a second interview which this one is the time that you gets to see the management team. If it the managers liked you you will move on to the third one which is having a breakfast with the crew. If all the Crew says Yes they would like to work with you you will get hired.
