I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chipotle in Aug 2015
Interview
Interviewed with a group of 5 people and then got called back with the same three people as before with a new person. The first interview is with a manager and the second is when the manager takes you to the back and some of the crew assesses you and basically interviews you. It wasn't really fair because they jump from person to person and they don't let everyone answer one question. As a result I couldn't showcase more of me and there was one guy who basically was the epitome of a good worker. Others repeated their answers and I was the only one who actually talked about chipotle's history and offered other answers. They really stress knowing the company you work for but this particular branch could care less. They seemed to be interested in someone who has a lot of extracurriculars and someone too cliche in my opinion.
Also, I was interviewed in another branch and the manager didn't really ask any questions. He kept repeating how the process worked and I was polite but felt it was unnecessary to spend most of the interview time talking about the actual interview process. He said he had high hopes for me but never got a call back. Plus, the email said it was a hiring fair so obviously I came a little late thinking there was a big enough time gap from when it started to when it ended but when I got there he said I missed the group interview. They need to proofread their emails because at first I thought it was only me, but another guy after was confused as well, since he interpreted it the same way. Overall, a really hard company to get hired at.

It was easy. Met with the GM as well as other employees. The employees "hire" you. If everyone likes you and you have the 13 characteristics then u will get the job
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Orlando, FL)

Just do what you can and research the basics about the company and why you'd like to work there. It was a basic interview, and since it was my second job there wasn't much experience to go over, but from what I had they were checking if anything would relate.
