Very nice people, interview questions were fair. There was minimal stress and they were very much right to the point and direct. They were also happy to answer any questions I had.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Charlottesville, IN) in Aug 2012
Interview
I applied online, and had a call for an interview within the week. Only had to wait a little bit for the manager to come out. I was invited to have a soda while I waited. He went over the company's goals, and what the requirements of the position would be.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Buford, GA) in Apr 2014
Interview
I had an interview scheduled about 2 days after applying. I went in and everyone seemed busy, so I was to wait. I waited for about 20 mins until one of the workers came out to interview me. She was more nervous than I was, and she was not listening to my answers half of the time. it took about 3 minutes and they told me they would let me know within a few days. 10 minutes later they called me to come back for an interview with a manager. I went back and waited nearly 40 minutes until a manager came out. She asked lots of questions and was more experienced. She then told me i got the job on the spot.
