I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Covina, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
It was pretty simple, just a group interview with about 4 other people. It was very laid back and not too stressful. I thought it went very well, but it been a week and there has not been a call or any emails to accept or reject me. I will be cling just for a follow up, over all the interview was good and i knew my stuff.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Pittsford, NY) in Jun 2015
Interview
I came in for a first interview, which was with the general manager. He asked questions, I asked questions and we laughed. I was then invited in for a second one, with a different manager and one other crew member. It went well, so I got a call and came in for a third interview with the original general manager I met and a different other crew member. We chatted, laughed/joked around, and they excused themselves. When the general manager came back, he asked, "Do you still want to work here?" and I said Of course, and he said I got the job.

Interview
I applied online and received an email telling me the interview appointment the next day. The interview was done in a group. It wasn't at all serious and the managers tried their very best to make us comfortable. A manager would ask a question like "How would you handle a rude customer?" or "Describe yourself in one word" and we would answer individually. It's good to answer first because another person might unknowingly take your answer.
