Interview
A lot of people were there waiting to be interviewed individually. A lot of the questions were fairly simple. They were just looking for an outgoing and eager person. Some research helps with impressing the people interviewing.
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Omaha, NE) in Mar 2015
Interview
The managers don't hire you if the crew says no its very family oriented I think that its pretty cool that the crew can actually help make a decision of who gets hired and who doesn't. The crew can make a difference.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (San Jose, CA) in May 2015
Interview
I was interviewed twice. Once at my college's job fair by the general manager of the store, and again by a service manager and two random crew members. I was interviewed along with another potential candidate. It was generally very chill and it felt like talking to upperclassmen at school or something. Making them laugh or agree with you can go a long way. I was nervous since they mainly talked to the other candidate since he was around their age, but within three or so days after the interview I was called by the general manager with a job offer.
