Interview
I filled out an application online and a few days later got an email saying that they would like to met with me in person for an interview within the next few days. I got there and was asked some really simple questions like "what have you heard about chipotle?", "what would you bring to the team?" and other standard questions. in the end they said that they had already filled all of their positions so I kind of didn't like that because it still said they were hiring outside the store but I was okay and thanked them for the interview

Interview
Interview process was unique, and under better circumstances could have been a positive experience. There are four managers at this particular location, and I interviewed with all of them on separate days; then I was interviewed by the crew (or a chunk of the crew). I was asked the same questions each day and given the same spiel every time. The multiple days and same questions were only a slight annoyance because of the possible light at the end of the tunnel (a job); however on the second day myself and a handful of other applicants were forced to sit for over an hour in the restaurant waiting on a manager to conduct the same interview which lasted 45 seconds per applicant. I like how the interview process involves and requires (at least on the surface) all members of the crew and management. But this treatment of potential applicants was not exactly great foreshadowing for how the company treats their employees. It was embarrassing for myself and the other applicants and I am very surprised no one walked out.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Anaheim Hills, CA) in May 2015
Interview
I was called two days after I applied, and scheduled an interview two days after that. I was interviewed by the GM with two other girls. He spent the majority of time telling us about the location's goals to become a restauranteur. I was told that I would be contacted that night or the next morning. I was contacted 3 days later for a second interview with the manager, which I believe went well. However, 2 minutes after my interview ended, I got an automated email informing me that I was not hired.
