Chipotle interview questions

It took forever! I don't know why they have you come in like 3-4 times for interviews with different people, at the end of the day the general manager decides (even though they make the crew believe it was a group decision).

It was a group interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager interviewed me & one other person while the other managers interviewed other people. The manager told me & the other person that they liked both of us & that he would pass our names down to get the second interview. I get home, check my email, & it's an email saying that they're unable to offer me a job.
