I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Melbourne, FL)
Interview
It was a very good experience. I had an interview that was fairly short probably ten minutes long and very basic. The interviewers were very nice and young. I had two interviews back to back. They gave you a complimentary drink to make you feel at ease. However, I didn't get the job because I will be going back to school in August. They do not offer seasonal jobs because they will be basically training you for possibly two months! However, the interviewer told me to reapply at my college location.
Also, they discussed a hypothetical situation where a worker made the wrong recipe for brown rice. They basically want to know what you would do if you were in the situation with your coworker.
quick, there wasn't much of wait and they asked questions about how you would work in the environment. There wasnt much of a wait time, you get emailed whether theyll like to invterview you or not if you applied online, took about 4 days to hear back.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Pittsburgh, PA)
Interview
Applied online, got an email for an open interview that night. About ten people showed up. They interviewed us 3 at a time. Simple questions, do your research on the company. They want to know your friendly, entergetic, and have a good attitude.
I left that and they emailed me again that night for a second interview with a given time about 4 days later . Unfortunately I was just visiting the city, and was leaving and two days and would not live there for another month. So I came in to talk to a manager and was hired by that manager on the spot.
