Chipotle interview questions

The interview process was very easy. I was interviewed by members of the staff and then I was finally interviewed by the store manager. Each person asked me different things and then went to go get another crew memeber. I spoke to around 5 people before I spoke to any managers.

it was a group interview which I had never done before..it was a bit uncomfortable because the other 6 applicants were much much younger than I (I am 54)..chipotle has a known reputation for hiring younger people(18-25)Isn't there an age discrimination law on the books??? Of course they never called me back for a second interview!!!I applied at another Chipotle we'll see what happens there!!I have been called for an interview there..scheduled for May 26..will keep you posted!!
