I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Elk Grove, CA) in May 2015
Interview
Applied online and got an email back the next day about a job fair. I believe people who applied around that time were all told to just go to the job fair. I got a call the day before confirming I would be attending the job fair. I was kind of confused about what the fair would be like but it was basically a bunch of group interviews that they set up at different times of the day. We had a group of 8 and we sat outside for the interview. The hiring managers were really nice and welcoming. Many of the people that were interview were still in high school so they were kind of nervous but the mangers reminded us that we were all family and not to be nervous. Overall good experience. They told us if we were selected for the next round it would be a one on one interview with one of the managers and the next round after that would be with the staff. Ithought

If money were not an option, how would you live your life?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (New York, NY) in May 2015
Interview
I was emailed a time to come in for an interview. When I got there I realized it was a group interview with 6 other people. Interview was at 1030 didn't start til 11. The workers sat around and was eating and playing(store didn't open til 11). They were all being so unprofessional. Cursing and just being loud. We then was broken up into two groups. Then two workers interview us(regular workers, not even the managers). So that was a bad start already because how do I even respect you if you were just being so unprofessional. Interview was short. Felt comfortable talking to them since you know they weren't super strict or a manager.. Later that evening received an email that they wasn't interested. But I wouldn't have accepted the job for this location anyways because they were not professional. Two days later got called for a different location and got the job.
